    Wow you look amazing well done you! Losing weight is really hard and takes strength and commitment. I've done it before then did the usual and put it back on, but looking forward to getting back down again.

    I’m so glad a friend pointed me to this site too cos I really didn’t want to go down the Weight Watchers or Slimming World route again.
