I played the Wii Dance Dance Revolution game with the floor pad, until after one very non coordinated effort the game told me 'Whoa! You need more black in you."

    I sold the game.

Gamer geek checking in for duty maam!

Wait... isn't it offensive to single out only people who share your common interests? I'm pretty sure people here have complained and trolled threads when people have done this before... hm... funny. Maybe I'm remembering wrong...

But seriously. I'm a huge gamer. I try NOT to play games during weekdays though. I get a bit obsessive. I was playing Borderlands II but now I'm stuck in Dragon Age II. Holy frick is that game addictive!!!

    Hi.

Bioware games in general are addictive.

Baldur's Gate? Started and couldn't stop until Baldur's Gate II came out. Baldur's Gate II started and couldn't stop until Oblivion came out. Oblivion? Couldn't stop until Skyrim. Skyrim couldn't stop until Borderlands II and then from there I stumbled on Dragon Age II. I didn't care for Dragon Age Origins as much. Strangely enough.

All that to say; Yes. Bioware makes AMAZING games.

You forgot the Mass Effect series.

As for Dragon Age, I thought that Origins had the better overall story, but the gameplay in II was much better.

Oblivion and Skyrim were also great games, but Bethesda needs to get better about their PS3 programming ... way too many glitches in their games. I'm currently playing Fallout New Vegas again.

Mega-Gamer here: xbox tag is Gamermomma

Play PC and Xbox games... even acted in a video game about 15 years ago. Our only difference is I tried the 1200 cal diet for years and it didn't work for me... doing eat more, lift heavy plan...

Here are some of the games I've played over the years. Feel free to add :D

    Hexen 2
    Quake
    Half Life
    Diablo 1,2,3
    Star Wars KOTOR
    Star Wars Galaxies
    Acrophobia
Call of Duty (though I stopped playing this online because it caused major nerd rage in me... controller throwing almost)
    Bioshock
    Fallout
    Oblivion
    Viva Pinata (haha)
Sims games + Simcity games and Sim theme parks
    Gears of War
    Skyrim
    Halo games
    Oldschool Sega games
    Below The Root
    Zork
    Rogue
    Tiger Woods golf
    Amped

...and more. It's a sickness haha. The only games I don't like are the football/sports games. I've loved games since pong... then played my cousin's Atari. Then got a Tandy 1000 - played the King's Quest games... oh man the days of changing out a floppy disk every few minutes. Anyway, love video games.

I'm playing Fallout: New Vegas again, too - started a few days ago. Finally learned how to play Caravan well so it is making the game more enjoyable to have bottle caps to spend.

Sometimes I'll log on just so I can play Caravan ... it's a separate addiction, and I'm that much of a nerd. My husband and I have started playing Caravan with each other.

Also if you want a lot of caps, put a lot of points in Luck and also wear that Naughty Nightwear; you can make a killing in the casinos. I'm banned from them all now but at one point I was up to 50K caps. That was before I bought my implants though.

I'm a big gamer myself. When I was younger I was a hardcore competitor in Myth: The Fallen Lords (ranked 3 in the world), a game Bungie made before they sold out to microsoft.

Nowadays I play SC2 somewhat competitively online (Master League) and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 (PS3) I just picked up. Finished the disappointing single player and taking the action online now. Seems like fun so far.

I played beta a little bit but didn't get to do a whole lot.
I love the first one, do you think with it being F2P that it will be as amazing?

I think what I love about Baldur's Gate I & II and Dragon Age I & II is the interaction between your party members. There's something really brilliant about that.

I find Skyrim pales in comparison when it comes to wanting to actually HEAR what NPCs have to say. :P
