    I run a lot, so my legs are strong and toned. My current lifting routine is:

    Monday: Chest
    Tuesday: Arms
    Wednesday: Abs
    Thursday: Chest & Abs
    Friday: Arms & Abs
    Saturday: Chest
    Sunday: Abs

    1250 per day. I have a cheat day on Friday with animal crackers, but I make sure to stay within my calories.
