    do you even lift?

I run a lot, so my legs are strong and toned. My current lifting routine is:

    Monday: Chest
    Tuesday: Arms
    Wednesday: Abs
    Thursday: Chest & Abs
    Friday: Arms & Abs
    Saturday: Chest
    Sunday: Abs

You forgot the curl day. I mean I know you have arms, but you need more curls.

Make sure it's in the squat rack too. You don't want to have to be picking those weights off the floor, or your lower body will get too bulky!

Erm, no, they are not. They are 520 types of no. Sheesh.

You are more than a special snowdrop, you are 50 types of snow ...... with arms like Barney the dinosaur.
I will look all these up later. I'm sure they're all very motivational
Negativity makes me feel bad, so please encourage me. Thanks.

You are not a special delicate snowdrop, you can take a no or two, so here is 520.

do your curls in the squat rack at the gym. apparently the other people there will really enjoy that and will compliment you and be your friend.

1250 a day??!!! Dude - you need to bump that up to something like 2500 a day. Except on opposite days when you should keep it under 200 calories. Do you even know what your TDEE is? You totally need to check out the Paleo diet. Except on opposite days, when your 200 calories should come in the form of Oreos and some high-priced protein powder. My advice is to eat the powder straight from the scoop. The almond/soy/dairy milk only adds calories and female hormones you don't need. you already look like you are well on your way to man breasts. stay away from the cow...except on Paleo days when you should eat nothing but beef. Preferably the beef fat. I guarantee, give it 90 days and you'll be rockin' the Karen Carpenter look. But only if you keep your calories under 500 a day. It worked for me. Oh and give up the lifting. You need to focus on cardio. Did KC look like she had any muscles? Nope...didn't think so. You also may want to consider laxatives or purging on the cheat day with the animal crackers. That processed food will totally mess up your system.
