    I love beets. I love beet greens flash sauted like spinach. I love pickled beets in my salad. I like beets boiled. Golden beets are sublime. If they taste like dirt you need to wash them. Even a good cabernet is described as earthy.

    Beets sautéed with onions then smothered in yogurt bad seed mustard. Frikken awesome!
