    I love beets. I love beet greens flash sauted like spinach. I love pickled beets in my salad. I like beets boiled. Golden beets are sublime. If they taste like dirt you need to wash them. Even a good cabernet is described as earthy.

    Beets sautéed with onions then smothered in yogurt bad seed mustard. Frikken awesome!

    Beets are nasty. They taste like dirt. There is nothing you can do to make them edible. Blech.
