What is 30 day shred in the exercise columns?

Hi all!
I started the 30 day shred and wanted to put it in my exercise log here on MFP. What is it considered? High impact aerobics? I am not certain. Anyone with ideas?

    That's what I did. I wish it was a little more specific, because it IS circuit training, but not just cardio circuits, and I think the strength adds to the calorie burn, but oh well...:bigsmile:
