    just made a version of this.. 2 egg whites, one whole egg, a packet of grated parmesan cheese (like you get from a pizza place), 1/4 cup of cottage cheese, pepper, garlic, and some Frank's Red Hot..

    SO DELICIOUS! and i'm full.
    only 162 calories, 3 carbs, 7 fat, and 20grams of protein!
