Not sure how many calories you are burning during some exercises? :noway:
I was considering getting a HRM to count calories burned but my partner said that there is an equation you can do to work it out. I have been doing a bit of research and have found a website that helps you to work out an approximation of calories burned using your BMR and the MET of the exercise.
Check it out: http://www.brianmac.co.uk/mets.htm
Hope this helps!
