    LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!! I wish more people, ESPECIALLY women, would realize that severe calorie restriction is NOT the way to lose weight! Congratulations on your progress!

    I love this post! Thankfully I'm not the only high cal eater and still losing weight. Got to give the body the fuel to become a sexy beast! Great progress and THANK YOU for sharing your story.

    Cheers to feeding your body! :drinker:

    what is ipoarm?
    It's a new (better?) way to calculate your nutritional requirements, which gives you more calories to consume, and seems to produce results for nearly everyone. You plug the IPORM umbers into MFP periodically, rather than using the one's MFP calculates for you. You still use MFP to track your consumption, but IPORM handles the requirements side. I just entered mine this morning, AND I'M PSYCHED!

    That's terrific for you, but I'm fueling a lot of sitting around. So yes - I'm afraid of 2000 calories per day.

    <sarcasmfont>

    But if you're eating 2,000 calories and I'm only eating 1200 calories (sometimes less, tee hee) how isn't this working for me?

    WINKY FACE

    More threads like this are needed ^_^

    I averaged 2433 from 1/1 thru 1/25 myself (average NET of 1890) and cut from 184.2lbs down to 170.8lbs.
