I'd love to gain but don't even know where to start. I think i'd feel completely intimidated going into the weights section of the gym

I am also trying a 40-30-30 ratio on the macro nutrients. That ends up being approx. 300g carbs, 230g protein, and 100g fat per day for me. I struggle getting the 300g of carbs trying to keep it clean with oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown rice, fruits and veggies etc. You basically have to eat all day long every couple of hours.0 -
