    Morning darling Sixers!

    I know I've been MIA. I'm trying not to weigh in but focus on life instead and hope that by focusing more on me and my emotions, I will naturally begin eating less and better. Focusing on calories wasn't working, because the emotions were still driving me to mini-binges at night and most recently, during the days!

    I'll still check in and say hello (and I need to read about a month worth's of threads and catch up on you guys!!!!) but I'm not going to do weekly weigh ins. It's something new I'm trying. I want to see what I can do without qualifying anything with a weight. I can say my pants fit nicely today, and I'm feeling good about that. I want to use that momentum to push me forward instead of a number on the scale.

    We'll see. I am a very stereotypical Gemini --- Fickle!! I might change my mind by this afternoon!! haha

    Love you guys. Miss you all and NEED TO MAKE THE TIME TO CATCH UP!!!!!!

    Well, It was a fun weekend. lots of snow and not enough exercise. Defintely binged a little over the weekend.

    But it is Monday, and I am back on track.

    Starting Weight - 215
    Current Weight - 203.5
    Mini Goal - 190 lbs on March 1
    Final Goal - 125 lbs by Dec 1 Maintained.

    Monday,
    Did 20 minutes of ea active on Low
    Did 2 miles of 5 mile fat burning walking away the pounds with 2 minutes boosts
    Did 1 mile of walking away the pounds dvd for abs.

    Had a very sensible breakfast: 1 cup of special k, 1 small banana, and 1/2 cup of whole milk.

    Started on my water: 1 bottle during workout,

    Put in scheduled food for the day and under calories so far.

    Kristin -- thanks for making the new thread ! CANT believe we are going into week 4 wow ! haha ! Sorry for your crappy weekend ! you will get back on track ... i just know it ! sleep deprivation is a hard thing to battle ! for sure ! ive been there ! my babe has slept all night two nights in a row (KNOCK ON SOME REALLY HARD WOOD haha) !

    Cathy -- yea i think ill stick with calories today .... and then tomorrow ill start my WW points until i get back from FL ... i can point easier on vacation ! and if i dont like it i will go back to calories when i get back on the 24th !

    B- YAY for gettin up and off to ZUMBA ! hooray ! ... and those pics were adorable !

    Amy (pdx)-- DRINK lots of water for weigh in tomorrow ! have a great FIRST day at work ! too cute that you got there way too early ahhaah ! Enjoy your day ! cant wait to hear all about it ! thanks .... Im a "glass half full" person hahah for sure ! Come on down to the bahamas !

    Hey Sixers! I am sorry I have been MIA, life is just one big crazy mess right now... I am slowly trying to get things back in order. I have no idea what the morning will bring (in terms of weight) I can only hope for the best! I will try and do personals later... off to meetings for the rest of the day! TTYL. Kick butt ladies!!!!

    I am sick! I started getting sick Friday when I got home from Raleigh, and I've been sick since then. Last night I thought my fever was breaking because I was freezing, burning hot, and shaking. But then I woke up this morning and still felt bad. That was pretty disappointing, since I thought I'd feel better this morning.

    I did get a big workout today though. I took a bath. And then I microwaved some soup. And ate it. Now I'm exhausted. My big goal today is to go through the drive through at the bank and deposit my paycheck. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

    I hope everyone else is doing wonderful.

    Lauryn- Glad to see you around! I totally understand and Rhiannon did the same thing for a while too. I know you will get back to your healthy ways whenever you are ready!

    I worked out twice today.... even though I didn't get off work until 930 pm. Do to some extra Dr. training. Silliness. Anyway, I got up early to do the elliptical for 30 and I walked for 30. YAY!

    Now I'm tired off to eat and then settle down some.

    My day was under cal again and a BIG fitness day. 1 hour P90X Chest/shoulders?Tricep, 50 minutes HARD on the Elliptical and 15 minutes of PURE ABS! I am not expecting any loss tomorrow because my body is on lock down at 148. I wish you all well!

    Morning Sixers. I wish you all a happy weigh-in.

    Still having issues with my self-control and these stupid birth control pills, but I decided to hold myself accountable this week either way. 5 lb is 5 lb. Maybe if I admit it, then I'll be more conscious about my "boo hoo" eating. Will weigh in later.

    Good morning sixers !

    Ahhhhh i am so happy .... Tom is still here .... and I was down THREE lbs since last weigh in ..... !!!!! woohooo ! i wish you were able to change your starting weight ..... cuz i had went from 277 down to 271 the two weeks before i joined mfp ..... so im actually down 13 lbs .... and this morning i also did my measurements here on mfp... neck, waist and hips ! guess what?? mini victory ... i went down 1 inch in my neck.... 4 inches in my waist.... and 2 inches in my hips in THREE WEEKS !

    I was so happy to see 264..... !!!!!! that means i am FIVE lbs away from my goal for this challenge ! I CAN DO IT ! I leave on sunday .... and ill take my laptop for while im up in the hotel ... and then my gramma has fast internet so i can use that when i get to her house on wednesday next week ! .... im so excited to work hard and see how great i can do away ! im taking my workout dvd's and will use the treadmill in the hotel !also, we dont have malls or shops here to go to on the island so needless to say we do lots of walking hahaha thru the malls and shops !

    What great motivation hahah ....

    was battling with myself about going to the gym this morning. was telling DH this. i wanted to stop at the libary while i was in that town, and the goodwill. but, than i would have to shower at the gym. which i don't like. soooooo, DH said use your trampoline. yea, what ever. exuses started in. after he left. i was sitting here watching dr oz from last night. and judge judy. i thought wait. so pulled the trampoline from the spare room and did a slow run on it for about an hour. i did 500 calories. i didn't get my heartrate as high as i would have liked, but, it was something.

    so now off to shower and get going before the rain.
