It may cause resaonable and sustained weight loss, reduction of chronic health issues and regular bowel movements. May also induce feelings of euphoria and well-being, especially when coupled with regular exercise.0

I do, but I include a lot of foods like beans, brown rice and peanut butter from the toxic food group. And sometimes I even use canola oil.0

It will give you cancer.0

Sounds like a lot of calories. Best to just stick to one. I chose vitamin K, and eat the hell out of it. Pounds of the crap daily.0
-
I guarantee, anyone who does it will die.0

Exactly... it's all lies... smokes and mirrors. Eating is bad for you... it is proven that 100% of people that in some point of their life ate anything from any food group died.0 -

COPPER Plays an important role in iron metabolism, Helps make red blood cells M: 900 mcg, W: 900 mcg 10,000 mcg Liver, shellfish, nuts, seeds, whole-grain products, beans, prunes More than half of the copper in foods is absorbed.0 -

Here's the important question... do you use... raspberry keotones and green coffee beans? Dr. Oz has his own food group.0 -
Just make sure you use the food groups that cave men discovered.0

This is the proper/balanced way of eating. Eating fresh veggies especially greens, fruits, beans, whole grains ( brown rice, quinoa, wheat berries, etc) , nuts and seeds with minimal lean protein and cutting out processed foods is the healthiest way to eat. If you maintain the correct amount of calories for your form you can't go wrong! Just do it!0

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is0
-
Dont be greedy!! You dont need ALL the food groups. Do you??!!0
-
OMG why would you do that to yourself!? Everyone knows that never works, otherwise everyone would be skinny! I have to eat <1000 calories a day and NO carbs at all, or I just don't loose any weight!0
-
Complete B.S. You need to cut out something entirely . . . I tried cutting out glazed beets. Made all the difference!0

Dairy is not a food group. Did you ever wonder what prompted the first guy to look at a cow's udder and think... I want some of that.0

I so want to use the "not yet" line here...but that's just morbid...even when kidding.0 -
This is the biggest piece pf crap since that guy who said he was going to start drinking water. Everyone knows that moderation is exactly what killed everyone who has ever died.0

Well, there is a very good likelihood that I will be someday, but the post said everyone "died" which is past tense. But you never know. There's always the rapture or becoming one of the undead to hope for.0 -

Yeah, being an undead kind of sounds appealing...I mean, at that point you're still kind of alive, and in the less intelligent state you're probably far less stressed out all the time.0 -
