    I do, but I include a lot of foods like beans, brown rice and peanut butter from the toxic food group. And sometimes I even use canola oil.

    Sounds like a lot of calories. Best to just stick to one. I chose vitamin K, and eat the hell out of it. Pounds of the crap daily.

    This is the proper/balanced way of eating. Eating fresh veggies especially greens, fruits, beans, whole grains ( brown rice, quinoa, wheat berries, etc) , nuts and seeds with minimal lean protein and cutting out processed foods is the healthiest way to eat. If you maintain the correct amount of calories for your form you can't go wrong! Just do it! :smile:

    OMG why would you do that to yourself!? Everyone knows that never works, otherwise everyone would be skinny! I have to eat <1000 calories a day and NO carbs at all, or I just don't loose any weight!

    Well, there is a very good likelihood that I will be someday, but the post said everyone "died" which is past tense. But you never know. There's always the rapture or becoming one of the undead to hope for.

    Yeah, being an undead kind of sounds appealing...I mean, at that point you're still kind of alive, and in the less intelligent state you're probably far less stressed out all the time.
