    So wait a minute...are you saying that a pound of muscle does NOT weigh more than a pound of fat??? :noway:

    People will stop posting this ridiculous comment and understand that the comment that muscle weighs more than fat includes a volume component.

    Actually... weight and volume are totally unrelated.... what you're looking for is density which is weight per unit volume... muscle is more DENSE than fat.
