yes. and dont feel bad. no one should be that focused on what kind of fabrics you are wearing on what part of your body unless you show up in a lavendar tutu and fairy wings and dont have a story to go with it. Cool?

You shouldn't get callouses from lifting weights properly. You get callouses from throwing weights around like a wannabe jock. My skin is hard underneath but smooth on top.
You shouldn't wear gloves for vanity reasons. I have just started to wear them because my weights are the right size for my muscles but the wrong size for my wrists so I need the support from the wrist straps. I don't don't want to get tendonitus and not be able to workout at all.0 -
