    Apple strudel pop tart
    Coffee with skimmed milk
    2 cough lozenges

    kashi cinnamon harvest 28pcs.

    Coffee
    1/4 cup quick oats (measured dry)
    1/4 cup blueberries
    1/4 banana
    1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    3.5 oz Chiobani nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    1/4 oz pecans
    1.5 TBS protein powder
    drizzle of honey

    Mix it all up and microwave for about 3 minutes and enjoy!

    1/2 cup (dry) Multi-grain oatmeal
    1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
    1 banana
    handful of walnuts
    1 tbs honey
    few shakes of cinnamon
    and black coffee

    Delicous and my favorite breakfast after a good run!

    are you all using yogurt as subs for water in your oatmeal or do you just add the yogurt as well?

    I actually use the almond milk as a sub for water and add in the yogurt as well. I like my oatmeal thinner than average I would say.

    Oh, and I guess I should clarify that the coffee doesn't go in the the oatmeal, lol

    Green Smoothie:

    2 peeled kiwi
    1 banana
    2tbs fresh aloe gel
    2tbs chia seeds
    1/2 avocado
    1 c. coconut water
    small hunk peeled ginger
    1.5 c swiss chard

    I split this with my husband and it was DELICIOUS! Super creamy and not too sweet. So good.
