    That is my sis, cousin and the two sitting down are my sis in laws, and sadly NO they havent been. I have learned I cant want it for them, they have to want it for themselves.

    Oh yeah, I know everyone needs to find their own path on their own terms. I was just curious because in my 20lbs, I've lost over the past three months, it seems I've influenced about six people to at least start thinking about losing weight.... Just out of being an example that it can be down without special fads or gimmicks, or starving.

    OMGosh! WOW!!! You look amazing! What a difference. One of my goals is to be able to wear a sleeveless shirt (any maybe even a tank) this coming summer. I've always been embarrassed by my chicken flapping arms :-)
