2 bike miles this morning

i need to get my *kitten* moving....i have 22.7 miles to make my 75 mile goal for this month...this freaking cough/cold has kicked my *kitten* the last two weeks making me only get about 16 miles since the 15th....i'm behind on my long runs missing my 6 and then moving my 7 to this coming weekend...i better get my **** together and get healthy so i can resume my half marathon training plan to stay on course....grrrr....i can make my goal of 75miles before the end of the month but it will be a push for sure...0

Went back to mt Parnitha this morning.
This is probably the most challenging trail of this particular mountain, only 2.7 miles long but all uphill, elevation gain 1,600 ft, very rough terrain. :frown::ohwell: Well, after several breathless stops, it took me a good 80 minutes to hike it.:sick: A year ago I could do it in 67 mins, looks like my *kitten* is out of shape :grumble:
