Missed you guys for a couple weeks! The holidays have been nuttttts!
SW: 208(in November. I was 201.3 at the beginning of December)

Total weight lost: 1.3 My weight has been fluctuating a lot for the past few months, so we'll see if this holds.
Just for fun: Given that this is the season of giving, what is one thing you wish you could give to someone that would change their life? Three months of my personal trainer to a gal at the gym who has been working SO hard but has a very long way to go!
My weight has been all over the place this month - as high as 199. as low as 193. Today, it was at 197. Yikes!0 -
