    I'm at 50% carbs, 30% protein, 25% fat....seems to work for me. I feel great!

    40-30-30 has been thought to promote fat loss. *as long as the 30% fats are healthy fats* (canola, olive, flax seed oils, or nuts.)

    Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, etc are not healthy oils. They are PUFA's and there is much research that says they are far from healthy.

    Whoops! Should learn to do math...50% carbs, 30%, protein, 20% fat...heh....still works great for me. :bigsmile:
