I'm at 50% carbs, 30% protein, 25% fat....seems to work for me. I feel great!0

40-30-30 has been thought to promote fat loss. *as long as the 30% fats are healthy fats* (canola, olive, flax seed oils, or nuts.)
Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, etc are not healthy oils. They are PUFA's and there is much research that says they are far from healthy.0 -

Try out this quiz. It put me at 40-30-30, and I am trying to get my actual intake to that amount.
