I can't stop swooning over Broccolini.

Fire up the Wok, throw in some garlic, oil and broccolini and voila! Yum! drizzle with a bit of Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar... and you start to forget that it's healthy :')

    brocoli slaw (no dressing)....put it on salad, chop it up and mix it in tuna, on tacos and sandwiches......or mix it with a little dressing :)

    It's powdered peanut flour that you mix with water to make lower fat/lower calorie, peanut butter. SO GOOD!

    Brussel Sprouts... yep, that's right, I said it and I'm not ashamed. OK, so I pretty much love ALL vegetables, esp. Broccoli, Asparagas, Corn, Lettuce/greens, etc. Also love Edamame, tofu, soy milk, balance protein bars
