Dark chocolate and coffee. Doesn't matter what time it is - it's hard to beat sitting down to read or write with a big mug of black coffee and a good few squares of Green&Blacks.
    Ah, bitter goodness.

I guess I'm also addicted to salmon. I love salmon. Having it tonight - again - with sweet potato fries, which, I guess, I'm also addicted to.

    Also: bacon.

PB2. I seriously eat about 1/4 jar every morning with breakfast.

    What's PB2??

It's powdered peanut flour that you mix with water to make lower fat/lower calorie, peanut butter. SO GOOD!

    where will I get it?

I get it either Amazon.com or Netrition.com. There's a lot of health food websites that have it
