Too hard to pick one but tops for me: Stiff leg deadlifts, lunges, curtsey lunges, butt blaster, lat pull downs & rows(cause I have love for versa grips) and lateral db raises. On cardio--I like to sprint like a mo!

Lately it's overhead squats and overhead military press, but generally I like squats and dumbbell bench presses. For cardio I like burpbees and if I'm feeling strong I add chin ups.....kills me quickly.

Tree Pose - nothing tells me better than Tree Pose how physically and emotionally balanced I am on a particular day. If I am all over the place, I can't hold the pose for long. If I can - then it's a good day.

    - and Pullups - when I can do one, that will be a favourite exercise!

At the moment, lunges and chest flyes.

I strength train a fair bit, and also for a bit of a change, I do an LBT class once a week. LBT teacher often includes lunges, and always says to the class that no one likes lunges. I haven't the heart to disabuse her.

Zumba is my all time fave. After that I like the Power 90 sculpt. I think the sculpt does better for the look of my body, zumba adjusts my attitude.

I love doing HIIT stuff lately. I like to do 8 sets with 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off (4 mins total). I have found all sorts of body weight bearing exercises to do online and I really have enjoyed the mix up it's given me. I've never been soo sore in my life.

I also really love lifting weights. My favorite would be lower body day, I love squats but also love working out my back since it is very strong for a female who's only been lifting as long as I have.

I'm learning to love running, the vote is still out on that one though.
