    I'm not familiar with the workouts you just named here, unfortunately... Are you doing them? If so, you can describe them; since I am a dvd junkie, I might be interested to try them out :tongue:

    phase 2 of 30 day shred is THE hardest workout I've ever done :noway: !

    I'm telling you level 2 is the hardest!!! but you get the BEST results. I lost 5" off my waist in two weeks once I went from one to two. I still have a hard time doing it and I've been doing it for months. I HATE plank (sp)!!!!

    My husband has the BL boot-camp one and it looks really good, although I haven't done it yet. I like that you can choose to add as many circuits as you want. Let us know how it is, I'm always looking for a good DVD.

    :noway: Oh Raphi that is great you are on the next level! I was ill all week so today is my first day back working out and i stuck to cardio. Tomorrow i will start back with 30DS at Day 1 Level 1 and work up again from there.

    I can barley do push ups on my knees, I'm dreading the plank! :noway:
