    Mostly rock and classic rock. I LOVE the 80's, Coheed, Avenged Sevenfold, Flogging Molly. That's a lot of what I play, too. Really depends on my mood.

    I LOVE doing about 10-15 min of quick cardio and then off for crunches, squats, scissor kicks. I change stations every 5 min and keeps me moving and from being bored.

    Favorite music? Can I just say that for some reason you remind me of M. Shadows....minus the tattoos....I think it's the glasses.

    he just turned 9 and follows directions very well. He was 8 in the pic. he is just small. we are waiting for puberty because his dad is 6'2"
