    Thats actually a hard one, I love to read so its hard to pick a favorite. I think I am going to have to go with the first book I ever read alone which was Charlotte's Web. I love reading it to my children.

    Cincinnatian here......Love the Bengals, but glad Palmer is gone now. They have improved alot since he's gone. They still suck sometimes.

    I wouldn't say it's one particular lifting routine I do, but probably a dozen +. The ones I find work the best for me are any cable pulls, and anything using heavy weights/low reps. I also use body weight lifts too (dips, push-ups, cobra's,etc)
