    Don't you think this thread would be a lot less confusing, if it was renamed : Ask a question and get it answered by the next person? The question won't be too personal, but there would be at least a nice flow?

    Cincinnatian here......Love the Bengals, but glad Palmer is gone now. They have improved alot since he's gone. They still suck sometimes.

    I wouldn't say it's one particular lifting routine I do, but probably a dozen +. The ones I find work the best for me are any cable pulls, and anything using heavy weights/low reps. I also use body weight lifts too (dips, push-ups, cobra's,etc)
