I run some...but also jog/walk a lot....if I counted all the miles it can be anywhere from 3.5 - 6 miles / day... 5-6 times a week.0
-
Averages a mile and a half (sometimes two) 6 days a week.0
-
i try to get 20-25 miles a week on average0

A 5K-4 miles is all I can seem to manage at the gym because it's so damn boring. I normally just focus on speed on the days the weather forces me inside. My outdoor runs are rarely less then 5 miles, normally I do an 8 mile loop occasionally adding an extra 2-4 miles to this on a days I have a time for an endurance run. I guess in a typical week I run at least 30 miles.0

Three days a week, anywhere from 3 - 6+ miles per run.0

I can't run at the gym. Treadmills bore me. I need outside. I just hate the cold weather.0 -

 Exactly! I do about 5k a few times a week in the gym and then a long run on Sundays. I can easily run 8 miles on an outdoor trail, but mentally/emotionally I can't handle much more than a few miles on a treadmill.0 -
I'm a slow runner but I love it!!
I try to run 5-6 days a week. Mileage varies depending on whether or not it's marathon training season (I plod one marathon a year at least... slow runner here! 11 min/mile for a marathon).
But at least 5Ks on the weekdays and a long Sunday run (8-10 miles) during off-season - I would say averaging about 25 miles a week.
During marathon training season (usually a 16 week cycle), this can go up to about 50 mile-60 mile a week.
If the weather sucks I will just slog it out on the treadmill (yes, the treadmill sucks etc etc but it's better than not getting a run).0 -
I'm doing 11 miles on Sundays, 5ish on Tuesdays and 4+hill sprints on Fridays. Mixed with gym on Monday, Thursday and Saturday seems to be keeping me trim :-)0

3-4 times a week 4-7 miles.
I like cold weather. Hard to get out, but I own the trail. It's all about the gear.0 -
Typically 30-37 miles (50-60km) a week0
-
I run 4-5 times a week and rack up 30-35 miles per week. I am starting marathon training soon, and this number will come down... contributed to giving me a nasty injury0
-
I normally manage to fit in 2 runs / week and run 5-10 miles
( Plus I cycle 50 miles / week) and do pole dancing, hula hooping and parkour)
Need to find time for more runs as I am at a plateau at the moment0 -
Weekend long run (12-20 miles, depending on where I am in marathon training). 1-2 runs during week of 4-6 miles. If I can't get in 2 runs during the week I substitute plyometric interval training for one of the runs.
Then strength 2 days per week, yoga one day and rest 1 day. This has helped me recover from an IT band issue while still improving my running.0 -
Currently I'm not managing very many miles. But it's been a busy time & I've shifted my workout focus. I've ranged anywhere between running 2-3x for 6-10 miles to 5-6x for 50 miles. But a typical week, non-marathon training, I get about 4 runs for 20 miles in.0

I run a different amount every day but generally around 70 to 80 per week.0
-
Walk - daily 1-1.5 miles min, 3+ on a good day
Run - (just starting) - 2-3 miles a session (C25k - w1d2)0 -
Varies - I like doing different training plans so it often builds. I usually run 4x a week between 3 and 6 miles. My first week on this training plan my first week was a total of 10 miles, but this last week (6th week) I'm up to around 17m (it's hard to tell what it will be since I have timed intervals left).
I LOVE doing different types of runs - tempo, pace, interval, base. Changing it up is the name of my running game. I play sports in the summer, so I tend to focus on shorter, faster distances then and focus on longer run goals over the winter.0 -

Holy crap muffins!0 -
I run about 8-9 KM 4-5 times during monday-friday with at least 1 10-13k over a weekend, sometimes 2 of those big ones.
Not sure that that means in miles0 -
1.5-2 miles about 4 times a week. Doing interval training.0
-
I run three times a week, usually between 10-15 miles a week.
I normally hate the cold, but I like running in the cold better than in the heat.0 -
Not running as much because of the weather, but usually 3-5 miles 3x/week and a long run 18-12 miles 1x/week0
-
I try for 3 or 4 times a week. Anywhere from 3-5 on the treadmill twice a week and anywhere from 4-8 on the weekends..0
-
My base is around 55 miles per week. Marathon training maxes out in the low 80s per week.
Right now, coming back from some ITBS, I'm at more like 10 miles for this week, but it's going to be cranked back up here soon.0 -
I run 20 -25 miles a week, four days a week. I run two easy runs (3 m each), a speed or tempo workout (6 mi), and a long run (11 mi) on Saturdays.0
-
I *try* to run 3-4 times a week. Life has been getting in the way of that lately, but I'll get back to that frequency soon!
I usually run 2-3 miles at a time. So, I guess I average 8-12 miles a week? It's not stellar, but it's way better than how much I was running last year, which was 0 miles a week :laugh:0 -
I run 5-6 miles 3 times a week and aim to do an 8-10 mile run on the weekend...0
-
I try to run 20-25 miles a week when I'm prepping for a half marathon. RIght now, with it being my "off season", I'm only running about 15-16 miles a week. Usually two 4-41/2 milers and a 6-8 miler for the weekend. Just to keep the lungs and legs in line! LOL0
-
I am on week 3 of couch to 5K - I run/walk 9 - 12 miles/week. I had bad knees before and I am really taking it easy so as not to mess them up. I never ran before and I love it!0
