I'm 5'7" and I have a large frame. I used this military calculator and found out I have a lean body mass of 118. So at 120 I would be considered really underweight. :) A healthy weight just above underweight would be 150 lbs! So that's the goal I'm shooting for... 155 - 150. :D

Here's the link I used, you'll need to take your measurements: http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/mbf/

Ditto for me almost exactly, but I am a long way from my goal of 149 so I am wondering if I will still look on the big side. I want to be fit & healthy, not tiny. I weighed 155 back in high school (24 years ago). I thought I was quite "fat" but when I look at photos now I think I looked healthy and just like every other teen.

I'm 5'7 3/4. My profile picture shows my progress pic. My starting weight was 248, I'm 162 now and my goal is 155.

very inspiring ladies! Thank you for sharing! I have gained weight since being on maintenance, but also have been lifting (P90x and Chalean).
  • I'm 5ft 7 and weigh 145 but still think I need to lose more, I have really thin wrists, neck, ankles etc. I'll post a picture tomorrow for your perusal :)
