I'm 5'9" and 144 pounds. My goal right now is back down to 135, but eventually 130. All of the weight sits between my butt and tummy and chest. I really feel my best when I'm right between 130 & 135. I dropped from 178 5 years ago all the way to 113 4 years ago (as a result of medical issues once I hit 130), got back up to 130 2 years ago, and that's really where I try to stay. I used to be really underweight growing up, and if I drop below 125, I just keep going and going.
So I hope to get down to 130, maintain and then work really hard on tone.

Hi, I'm 5'8 and my initial GW was 154 but my CW is 158 and think I could lose another 25lbs especially as my %body fat is around 30% which is quite high for my BMI so my UGW is 132. My SW was 243.0 -

Hi! I'm 5'9" and started at 173. I'm down to 166 and my goal is 148. I will have to look for some before photos but I will have any after taken at my performance at Stan Hywet Hall in Akron, OH on 12/22. If anyone is in the area please come out and say hi!

Hi! I'm 5'10" and my current goal weight is 160. Once I get there, we'll see whether or not I feel like I need to be lower. Currently have stalled majorly, but it's because I've been totally lazy with exercise and have been splurging a little too often with the holiday season. Nice to know there are so many other tall girls out there! I feel like I'm the only one sometimes!0

Im b/w 5'9" & 5'10". I currently weigh 230
My ultimate goal weight is 150. I will start a "healthier lifestyle" but I am easily detoured and soon fall off the wagon so to speak and get depressed. Anyone can add me. I would love the motivation and support! :-)

I'm also 5'9". My goal weight is 160. It was 170 but when I hit 180, i decided I wanted to fight a little more.... so we will see how this go. I have a lot of muscle weight, so I dont think I will be able to hit below that. Which I am more than ok with!0

I dont have a goal weight. I will just look in the mirror and say " yup, thats it,. im hot ****"..so will see when that happen0

I'm 5'9 and currently 170 lbs. At my lowest weight of 145, I still felt as though I needed to lose more weight, but have realized since that I just needed to build muscle. This time around, my goal is to get to 150 through heavy weight lifting 4x a week and interval cardio training. That should put me at about 18% body fat!0

I'm 5'8 my goal weight is between 170-180. I've always been very muscular. So to think I can go any lower than that is for me not very healthy thinking.0

I'm 5' 9", started at 190 size 16-14 pants pants, XL tops
Currently 175 size 12 comfortable although I have a pair of size 10 jeans on today!! Yay
still Lg to Xlg in tops though my boobs are noticeably smaller.

Wow...a lot of people wanna be below 150lbs! I'm 5'8 and I think I would be happy around 175.
SW (2008) - 320lbs, size 3x shirt, tight 24 pants
CW - 218lbs, size 1x shirt, very loose 18 pant
GW - 175lbs
I think I would just love to be able to go shopping in any clothing department that I want. :happy:0 -

I'm 5'10" tall. I started out over 200 pounds with an all or nothing attitude and with daily cardio and weight training and a healthy lifestyle lost 48+ pounds in 23 weeks and now focusing on maintaining. My original goal weight was to just get to160 but when I met that goal I continued to lose down to about 152. Now I am focusing on strengthening my core and building muscle mass. I currently fluctuate between 153-158 and am very happy with how I am feeling. Feel free to send me a friend request or any tall females with like-minded goals. i started out at 330lbs and i am 5 feet 9 inches, i am between 200 and 205 right now. i am 12-10
my goal is 170lbs and if i get lower that would be great so i am just going to keep going until i am happy0 -

I'm a bit taller than you but we have the same stats (started at 190 in a 14 (should have been a 16 but I got vain, XL tops). I got in a 6 at 150lbs, and I'm wearing small tops. I'm smaller than I've ever been and oddly enough I find it pretty easy to maintain 148. You might find that you are actually a 4 at 140...Good luck with your goal. I can tell you right now it's SOOO worth the work!0 -
I'm 5'9" started at 212 and am now about 186. My goal is 165 so I'm over halfway but I don't always feel like I am halfway there. I have a medium frame and carry my weight in my midsection...and im only a b-cup. So 20 more lbs coming mainly from my stomach area would for sure make a big difference but I have a feeling I may not be done losing at that weight. It would just be nice to be in a healthy weight range for the first time in my life! I just might not yet be ready for a bikini;)0

I think you're doing great! 165 is a good goal. I'm 44, 5'10," large framed, and was 170 at my highest. I lost 43lbs a couple of years ago, and no one would believe me. "From where?" was the typical response, because my weight was dispersed evenly about my frame. Over the last couple of years I've slowly worked back up to 160, and am now trying to get back down (150, but trying for 145)0

I'm 5'9" and aiming for a size 8. I started at 16 ish - around 220. i'd guess that will be around 170, but we'll see how it goes.
