I'm 5'8" as well, and was happiest at 140 to 145#. Right now, I'm 210# and goal weight is to get to 150#. I started this program a week ago and weighed 215#, so that's 5# less. This program is a great motivator for sharing issues and weight loss struggles as well as diet tips.0

Hey, I am 5'9" 1/4 haha, and 38 DD. My current weight is 194, and my goal weight is 160. I'm 20 right now and I'm pretty sure the last time I was around 160 was when I was about 13-14. I hovered around in the 170s and 180s throughout high school.
I know I have SOMEWHAT of an athletic build (and I can see the realization of that more in family members who didn't have the weight gain I did), so I am hoping to lose 25-30 lbs, but really I would like to just have a toned, slightly smaller body.
I am currently doing the 30 Day Shred (Day 5!) and I'm loving it! Hoping to get down to a toned 160 by May 1st.

My goal weight at the moment is 170 and then I figure I'll reassess from there.0 -
I'm somewhere between 5'8" and 5'9" and 132 lbs currently with a goal of 130 lbs (I have a small frame). High weight was 145. I am 130 in my profile picture (from 3 years ago). My body fat % is 22 which I would like to get to less than 20%.0
