I do the same - I run when I feel frustrated and stressed. Pushups are good too. Take care. Hope you feel better.0

Definitely go running.0

I do Zumba, instead of focusing on being angry and venting, I focus on something that I genuinely enjoy that makes me happy.
I can't stay upset when I'm shakin my *kitten* to some sweet Latin beats0 -
i wailed on a heavy bag until i couldn't pick up my arms0

Weights. And I growl at people who even think about picking up my equipment.
Luckily, at 5:30 am, very few people are at the gym and even fewer are using my weights. Plus if I am in the gym my mood is much better just by being there.0 -
I walk like an hour-hour and a half. Listening to music and thinking about stuff.0

Hike.
Interpol on the ipod and dirt under my feet.0 -
It really depends on my day. A run really helps me to get my stress out for th most part, but I also don't mind doing some martial arts. Sometimes just the act of punching (even if there's no contact) is just what I need to cool down.0

Sprint. Run as hard and as fast as I can until I find that high, then keep on a gentle run to prolong it.0
-
Run or lift depending on whether I am stressed (run) or frustrated/angry (lift)0
-
Ride.

Kickboxing - beating the heck out of the heavy bag is awesome!0

This, but running and lifting do wonders for clearing my head as well.0 -
Playing squash when angry is good - something to hit and a person to beat while getting exhausted at the same time.
Few years ago used to play "full contact" squash with a fellow consenting nutter - violent but a real buzz....0 -
I give the treadmill a good foot beating...or I put on Wii Fit and do the boxing or do sparring on EA Sports Active 2.0

Any exercise gets my mind off my troubles -- the endorphins give me such a nice lift at the end that I don't feel so depressed. But lately I've found yoga to be the most helpful in releasing tension. It's like I'm breathing and stretching out everything bad inside me.
Hope you feel better, by the way.0 -
I do boxing or try and do a bootcamp or something similar. Anything to get rid of the frustration.0

Vintage Metallica, treadmill on 11mph and run till heart feels like its going to come out of my chest! Doesn't take long for me0
-
Deadlifts! I've hit personal records every time I've vented, too, so feels good.0
-
Hit the weights and do a back or legs day if I can.0
-
Run as a fast as I can with very loud motivating music on.0
-
Sprints! Body Combat is also awesome, I focus on the person in front and pretend I'm beating the crap out of them (even though they are possibly quite lovely...).0
-
elliptical and weights.......0

Run. Then run some more.0

Like others have said, running helps me blow some steam off0
