    You look amazing. I am currently trying to get to 143 for an even 100 pound loss. I am a bit shorter than you though at 5'1/5'2. From there I will see how I enjoy the new body and maybe go for an extra ten to twently pound loss.

    What did you do for excercise and what were your calorie and carb intakes? How many times a week and for how long did you workout?
