It's no better than sugar water. Have you seen how many sugar grams are in a bottle? Crazy! The Zero one's with Stevia are good though.0

My husbands dietitian yelled at my for buying it. I go with no.

I would stay away from vitamin water..
If you want a sports supplement, get Gatorade powder and mix it in water (the powder is better the bottled Gatorade).
If you want flavored water, try carbonated slightly favored water, or drink juice.0
