    Starting to up the weight lifting - just starting my own experiment - just ordered by doc to stop jogging :(

    YEP! I can't do cardio due to knee problems. Here's my results so far.....

    You can, but cardio is a good health option. If you can't due to medical issues, then it's a different story, but you'll be less healthy.

    You don't need to do hours of it, but a 30 minute walk a day is beneficial.
