This is AWESOME. I made it for my first time last week, and am going to have it again tomorrow night for dinner. The first time I made it I spread a thin layer of LF ricotta on top of the crust, put a layer of shredded buffalo chicken meat I had cooking in the crockpot all day, a layer of spinach, and a layer of carmelized onions. I didn't sauce the pizza because the shredded buffalo chicken made it saucy enough. Tomorrow night I'm just going to do marinara sauce, mozz, and turkey pepperoni. Thank you SO much for this recipe.0
