Here are some lying around on my comp that I've made. I'll have to search for my others. I have the privileged of a lot of different foods at my leisure. Both a blessing and a curse for working in the food service industry...

Chicken Fried Rice. Just as good if not better than any teppan place. One lucky MFPer got to try it.

    Oh. My. Crap.
I was excited to share my recipes with you and I spent the last 30 minutes typing everything out and my browser crashed on me and the computer RESTARTED. Arrrgh! >___< I'll have to type it out again later, when I'm not busy tossing this stupid thing into the trash! =P

Chicken with Cancoillotte cheese and White wine sauce - Boiled potatoes & Salad - 360 cal

    2j0cuua.jpg

Well it may not look as good as it tastes, but it's really tasty and simple, for not so much calories.
I just found out that this cheese (cancoillotte) has a very low calorie rate (120 cal for 100g) yet it's very tasty. Actually, I used to think it was very high in calories & fat as its texture looks a bit like fondue cheese. AND it is a "real" authentic cheese and not some highly processed low fat cheese... I'm not sure you can easily find it outside France though :s

I saw this recipe in a magazine yesterday waiting for my grandma to get her haircut, I thought it looked really good and thought I would try it. I didn't write it down or take the magazine with me so I promptly forgot what was in it this morning. So I grabbed everything I thought that could be in it and threw it in a pan to see what came out.

First time posting here, so be gentle!

For dinner tonight I had sesame chicken, brown rice and green beans. It was awesome. ~500 calories for the whole meal.

Tonights Dinner: Make your own pizza night!!
One on the right plain cheese pizza. Cheese is a mixture of Mozzarell, Romano and Manchego
One on the left is Ricotta, with sauteed spinach and garlic with the above cheese mixture, topped with olives and left over beef souvlaki meat.

    No counting calories tonight!:blushing:
