I've made this twice and using Bob's Red Mill gluten-free flour made it SO much easier. I don't know why but the consistency was smoother and prettier. It's not as intimidating as it looks so go for it and get ready for compliments galore!0 -

I made regular alfredo/white sauce instead of the regular tomato sauce and topped it with mozzarella cheese0 -

Breakfast: Gluten Free Cornmeal pancakes with banana and walnuts
Lunch: Salad topped with chili and two poached eggs
Dinner: Coconut Curry Tilapia on corn rice
Dessert/Snack: Gluten Free Cornmeal Cornbread with chocolate hazelnut spread (tasted just like yellow cake with chocolate frosting!)

Decided to pan-fry salmon for the first time in opposed to my usual route of baking it.
Garlic-butter fried salmon with buttered vegetables.
Bacon wedges
Taken via potato cam.
Chicken salad, chocolate PB protein sludge and sweet potato.
Chocolate PB protein on GF bread with sliced banana.
Burger Fuel 'PB&J' burger

Random brown sludge? (Beef and barley stew, with eggplant pickle and gherkins)
Roast chicken, caesar salad, avocado and broccoli. Praise has a new range of 'vege' sauces out, this has the chive and parmesan (or something) on it... it's not great, and not worth the 100cals.
Eggplant and chicken breast pasta with broccoli.
Pork meatball soup with beans topped with broccoli baked pita bread.
Steak with roasted pumpkin, beans and carrots (clearly I ran out of broccoli!)

Went on a cooking frenzy tonight and after 4 hours of conspiring in the kitchen, it resulted in this multi dish dinner...
steamed broccoli, spicy basil chicken, half cheese/half veggie pizza on a cauliflower crust, sweet and spicy ramen noodles, vegetable curry with tilapia, and to top it all off...fudge brownies for dessert. I'm pooped...
