Chilli Con Carne served in burrito 'boats' ... I didn't have sour cream, so I used tzatziki in it's place. It was delicious.

Awesome last couple of pages!!!
Been on vaca for the past two weeks, which means my food was less boring and TOTES delicious! And boatloads of wine/drinkies! :drinker:
Had a beef/shrimp dish from Edo. I usually get the sushi but felt like going all out!
Had my fill o’carbs! GF pizza with leftover BBQ pork tenderloin, jalapenos, onions and BBQ sauce.
More leftovers from the night before thrown onto nachos and baked with 438940823 kinds of cheese.
Another GF pizza, this time with honey garlic pepperoni, ham, onions and tomatoes.
Then when I got home from BC, I decided I wanted more carbs, so I had a nice big bowl of GF pasta shells with marinara sauce.
Local exhibition on, and we caught the last day on Sunday! Instead of deep fried Kool-Aid or deep fried butter, I decided to be a little better and get a Greek salad with chicken (sans olives, ugh)
More carb fun with homemade mac n’ cheese!
And last night was a little more norm with a BBQ pork tenderloin served with basmati rice and broc.
Getting back on track today is going to be fuuuuuuuuuun! :noway:0 -
