Yumm could I get a recipe for the brownies??0 -
I made a pot of plain lentils for the week ahead (we cook them plain and then add stuff to them when we reheat), so I heated some of those up with some chopped turkey, brussel sprouts, asparagus, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, pepita seeds, raisins, parmasean, and old bay seasoning. Whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter.

Black bean pizza w/ green chiles & steamed green beans. My husband asks for me to make this ALL the time!
YUM how do you make the pizza?
I started with this recipe and lightened some stuff up: http://shewearsmanyhats.com/mexican-black-bean-pizza/#_a5y_p=1185330
You can do a lot of different things with it depending on what toppings you like.0 -

Of course! They were so easy to make and I think they're gluten free too if you get the right oats!
The original recipe is from here (I tweaked a few ingredients slightly): http://www.thelondoner.me/2013/04/100-cal-chocofudge-brownies.html
My recipe Ingredients in the recipe builder (porridge oats = rolled oats + I used 1tsp baking powder):
Method:
- preheat oven to 200°C/400°F
- grease dish with oil (I used a square dish, 22x22cm / 8.6x8.6in)
- put all ingredients except nuts (and oil) into blender and blend until smooth
- break up nuts into little pieces, mix half into batter and pour into dish, sprinkle other half on top
- Cook for about 20minutes, leave to cool and cut into 9 squares0 -
