This week's meals, healthy because my weekend is going to be awful w/ st. pattys!
Meals accompanied with various fruits and toast haha
Sun: Tuna/jalapeno/broccoli stuffed peppers
Mon: chicken, sprouts, sweet potato
Tues: Salmon, asparagus, zuchinni/yellow squash
Wed: Randomness - 'veggie crumbles' meat imitation, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, jalapeno, celery
Thurs: Chicken, sprouts, and acorn squash

This is my standard work lunch. The guys are really great to me because they know I'm watching and tweak it for me here and there. They tell me about it afterward and I feel so very supported there!! Trust me it's not easy since I work at a pizza place and my office is above their bakery!0 -
