Bad eating habits

Bad days are going to happen. Learning bad eating habits will help in the long run. I wonder, can you really stay bigger due to not eating enough? Or is it the "fast food" when I only eat once a day that I resort to from time to time when I can't seem to find the time in my schedule to actually prepare my meals.... Opinions?

  • You can eat anything you want as long as it fits within your Macro/micro goals. There are better choices when it comes to one food VS another food but that is up to the individual.

    Calories consumed vs calories used it what always comes down too. Remember your body will adjust and use less over time so it helps to keep it guessing by zig zagging every now and then. At least that what seems to work for me.
  • Even on what I am calling my bad days I stay under on calories but typically not fat.... I am trying to eat more balanced and healthy. I hate to use my busy life as an excuse for my fast food stops.... I am a single mom with 2 jobs one full time and a part time on my days off. I try my hardest to not resort to fast food but there are some days that I honestly just don't have time. They days that I do eat well I am still 4 to 500 under my calories. I am currently losing...
