Do you count housework towards your daily cals.

I count anything above my normal activity. And I also find myself much more motivated to do extra things when there is a purpose. So if I could spend time on a treadmill to burn calories....or spend time cleaning the garage....it is nice to use that motivation to get something productive done...that I wouldnt have normally gotten done...it would have sat on the to do list...
Or if I am thinking about going to the gym...and I realize my boyfriends mom got snow too....I will go shovel over there instead of going to the gym...and log it...
Feels good to get moving....but also get something accomplished...and I am going to log it...because I also want to be able to look back at my log and see..that where I might not have gone to the gym..I had been active...which will make more sense with my trends of weight loss....to be able to actually get use out of looking back at my logs...0 -
I would count the once a month major cleaning but not the daily stuff.0

I don't. I think it would give me a false sense of progress.0
