Ladies I want to see your hard work!

Hey MFP! I love surfing through this community and I especially love progress pics! It's very inspiring to know that if those people can lose weight so can I! However, lately there have been A LOT more progress pictures of men and not as many of women. Don't get me wrong I have zero problem surfing through pictures of hot men- believe me! However being a lady myself I feel more inspired by similar body types… and… well… genders.
So I was hoping all the ladies out there who've made progress big - or small – could post their pictures here for me to get all kinds of inspiration before the dreaded Holiday binge fest!
I also want to hear from you strong independent ladies that conquered weight how you did it and how it it’s affected you. Pretty much we should turn this into a lady-love-fest.
Thanks gals!

You got to a site like photo bucket and put the image in a known location. Then you type and you are done. Just make sure to use lower case on the img.0 -
Started at 185ish (I say this because I was probably more but hated the scale)
Around 170
165
Gym 4x a week and on Sundays I'll try to go for a nice long walk. Friday nights in the summer I'll go for a walk after work.
I'm still trying to figure out my sweet spot calorie wise. I started at 1200 but then quickly bumped it up to 1500 plus exercise cals. Then up to 1600 plus exercise calories, then 1800 but didn't count my exercise cals. Now I'm back at 1620 but I don't think I like it. I might go back up to 1800.0 -
Here is a walkthru on how to post pictures.

Well, I stepped on my scale this morning and for the first time in 15 years or since I was 20 I am firmly in the 160s. I started at 280lbs in March 2012 and have now lost over 110lbs (don't update my clicker until next Sunday). Not my best picture but my daughter said I looked like a school teacher this morning and snapped my picture on our way out. The before is from a friends wedding many years ago but I was about 270lbs in it, so still 10lbs away from my highest last Christmas. I am so excited for 2013 because I am only 40ish pounds away from my goal!!!

I've gone from about 220lbs to 164lbs and I'd like to get donw to 150.
I exercise 5 times a week usually - gym for weights and cardio, personal training, spinning, aerobics and zumba. I work part time and on my days off I run round after 2 young kids who are incredibly active!0 -

The more and more I read up on things the more I realized 1200 calories just is not enough to fuel the body properly (especially at 5'7") I started seeking out more and more information about BMR and TDEE and what was right for me. You couldn't pay me to go back to 1200, I like food haha.0 -
You all look great ladies0

And here's what strength training did:
I'm genetically predisposed to have a bubble butt - It runs in the family (mom, sister, cousins.) However, I did a ton of squats, lunges, deadlifts, box jumps, kettlebell swings (25 pound and up), curtsy lunges etc, to take me from lumpy to plumpy. Almost no cardio. This took time and dedication, almost 1 year. I'm currently doing HIIT + heavy lifting to shed that last 2-3% body fat.0 -
Took 10 months and still working on muscles.

Pic on the left was in 1997 at my high school graduation party. I was probably about 310 pounds at that point (I'm 6'1") and a size 24.
Pic on the right was a few weeks ago. I'm 199lbs, a size 12. I've keep 100 of the pounds off for the most part for over a decade (with exception to a short relapse about 7 years ago when I gained about 50 back, lost it, keep it off for a few years, then got pregnant, had my son, and now I'm the smallest I've ever been as an adult).0 -
