    WOW, WOW and WOW!... Great posting of pics! Good for you. I was 177 in May and by November I was 135 size 4. SO much better to fit in the smaller cuter clothes and I feel so much better too as I am sure you do!

    You are an inspiration! I just started going strong again at this last thurs and boy am I out of shape! I kept telling myself to just work hard and wait 6 months that is exactly the number I came up with but then I got discouraged today when I was sore from lifting and cardio and thinking, OMG I am doing this for nothing I am SOOO fat, then I saw your post, which reminded me to hang in there and give my body time to repond to these brand new changes.
