    I eat more than 1600 cals and less than 1700 cals a day. I was eating 1300, but wasn't working for me--I get too hungry! lol When I lose more weight I will go back down some, but for now, this works good. And right now (sadly) I get no exercise, so my 1670ish calories go in and very little is burned off right now.

    I'm eating 1700 a day right now while working out 5x a week. I'm currently at a STUBBORN plateau, but I promise you I will never be one of those that net really low :)

    I like food.

    It tastes good.

    I think I average consuming about 2,300 calories a day. But some days I burn over 1,000 and some days I don't burn anything from exercise. I am losing weight now (6 pounds since Jan 1) by eating more fat and less carbs than I was over the summer when I was eating something like 1,700 calories!

    I eat 1760 to 1800 calories daily sometimes. I eat when im hungry and I eat carbs. I exercise 6 to 7 days a week, feel free to add me

    I have MFP set to 1550 and I try to net 1400-1600 per day (sometimes over, sometimes under.) With exercise I am usually eating 1700-200 calories a day. I also drink my wine everyday :drinker: I mostly follow the "If it fits your macros" philosphy and exercise for wine. Open Diary.
