  • I started before 2013 is out, because I felt like I didn't want to put my goals off any longer! I took a long hiatus and now ready to get back to taking care of myself. So my goals are:

    1) Take care of myself, I often put my own needs aside to take care of others, but I really want to start taking care of my health first. So with that,
    2) Go to the gym 3-4 days a week to start and increase to 5-6 days by mid-year. Working out at the gym not only helps me lose weight and get more fit, but its also a major stress reliever. I need to keep reminding myself that I enjoy it and its vital to my health and well-being.
    3) Track EVERYTHING I put in my mouth, the good AND BAD. I tracked everything the last couple days and already its opened my eyes.
    4) By the end of NEXT year, I'd like to see myself 20 lbs lighter and have run another 5K. :)
