I'll eat whatever chocolate "concoctions" I find pleasing.
    I don't blame you!

I prefer the 80% dark chocolate. I recently had a chocolate beer at a local brewry. Oh my goodness. Heaven for a beer and chocolate lover. http://www.foothillsbrewing.com/seasonal.html

My 7 year old is a fan of the bitter chocolate though.

Where do you get your chocolate, and what brand is it? And the Burgundy idea sounds good!! I love molasses, does it really jive? I am trying to conceptualize the taste in my mind...

I get chocolate from the local grocery store; the brand is irrelevant, as 100% chocolate is what it is. Molasses is something else entirely...

Does anyone know any brands beside Lindt that have a higher than 72% cocoa content? I've never seen any and was just curious!

Whit takers -available in New Zealand. Not sure if anywhere else?
