I thought it might be fun if we could have one thread dedicated to our Christmas transformations. So, if you have them, post a Holiday picture from last year 2011 and one from this year 2012. We can all celebrate how much we have changed and the progress we've made. And if you don't have a picture from last year, just post one from this year! I look forward to seeing everyone's pictures. I will post mine on Christmas!!

Well, my before is not really from any Christmas, because I never allowed pictures to be taken of me, but I have a before picture from about 3 years ago, and a picture I just took tonight before going off to see Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
Before: 276 pounds
During (now): 169 pounds

Today: 134.2 lb's
I have lost about 200lb's now...
What a difference a year makes. Happy Holidays Everyone!!!

I have not actually posted a picture here before, and while I am not quite done yet, I am very proud of how much I've accomplished in between last Christmas and this Christmas! As my ticker says, I have about 17kg to go, but I've slacked off a bit so that I can enjoy the holidays a bit more. I plan to hit the ground running again in January! The world's my stage -- it's time to get back onto hiking and stuff!
It is also hard to post this because the before pictures are incredibly embarrassing. >.<

There are some amazing weightloss stories on here. I wasn't too much overweight, but felt it. I've lost about 22 lbs, and the difference I feel is amazing, so for those who don't think 22 lbs will make much difference to them. It Does!

Here is another one. I was looking for the before photo yesterday but couldn't find it but found it by mistake today..
I started out originally at 250 lbs, I was in the middle of my weight loss during last Christmas, at 170 lbs. This Christmas I have 7 pounds to hit my goal weight, I'm currently 127 lbs.

Not a huge difference but my level of strength has changed and adding weights has changed my look....2013 I hope will bring even better change....
Christmas 2011 on the first pictures I was only doing Cardio.....
Christmas 2012 on the second pictures was taken today...but over the course of the yeah I have been lifting...and just recently went back to loads of cardio... In January I plan to go back to lifting heavy again....
