Only just seen this, But I took these last year and this year.
The 2011 one I took to send to a friend I met on Twitter and she introduced me to this site and app and I decided to take one last night to compare.
Still got a long way to go!

Still figuring out my new computer so I just changed my profile picture to the Christmas pic. I did get called Pamela Anderson by my beautiful cousin. I hope it was a compliment and not a dig that I looked trashy, but either way NO ONE would have called me that a year ago! My whole family has lost some weight this year!0

Here's my input.
Last year at the same time I was probably around 345 lbs. I started to change my habits (food + workout) on July 1st.

I have not actually posted a picture here before, and while I am not quite done yet, I am very proud of how much I've accomplished in between last Christmas and this Christmas! As my ticker says, I have about 17kg to go, but I've slacked off a bit so that I can enjoy the holidays a bit more. I plan to hit the ground running again in January! The world's my stage -- it's time to get back onto hiking and stuff!
It is also hard to post this because the before pictures are incredibly embarrassing. >.<

What a difference a year makes and almost 115lbs lost (gotta update my ticker). Only 35lbs more to go and I will be at my goal, YAY! Picture on the Left - 280lbs (December 2011) & Picture on the Right - 165lbs (December 2012)

I don't have any from Christmas last year(I stayed firmly behind the camera) but, my before is from June 2011 with my son and hubby at his graduation and my now is this Christmas with my hubby and both kids.
