I've dropped from nine to about five, this has happened before when I try to increase nuts and seeds. Rats! Should be nine servings of different produce BTW, people should not be double counting.

Well I'm on the Slim Fast Plan which is mostly shakes and bars. There is a sensible meal though and like half a dinner plate is supposed to be veggies for that. Then there's a quarter for starches. If I use my snack times for veggies I could probably fit 1-2 veggies in at each snack time. The day with a goal of nine would look something like this:

    0 bkfst: Shake
2 snack: 1 serving Carrot Sticks, 1 serving Celery Sticks. salsa or lemon juice (depending on calories*)
    0 lunch: Shake
2 snack: 1 serving Tomato Slices, 1 serving Zucchini Slices. Low Fat Italian or balsamic or just basil (depending on calories*)
3 dinner: Chicken breast, Brown Rice, 1 serving corn, 1 serving red bell pepperchopped, 1 serving yellow bell pepper chopped.
2 snack: 1 serving raw broccoli, 1 serving raw cauliflower, hummus or lo cal ranch for dipping (depending on calories*).
    9 TOTAL VEGGIES

Honestly I think I'd gag with that much veggies per day and I LOVE vegetables, it just doesn't look enjoyable like this. I will try it though, starting by incorporating them into one snack per day till comfy then another then another. I already go all out with the veggies at dinnertime because the plan was designed that way and I must admit sometimes a snack includes 30 baby carrots with salsa, so it could be something I could get used to.

*snacks say depending on calories because you are only allowed 100 calories per snack and the veggies alone might meet that limit.

    Breakfast Orange and Blue Berries
Lunch Pomello, Cherry tomatoes and 1 large raw bell pepper.
    Dinner: Edamane
    6? I don't know what a "serving" of Blueberries look like but at $5.99 a pint I don't eat a huge amount.
